Conveyance Tax

Connecticut has two types of Conveyance Tax, State and Municipal. Attached is a copy of the State of Connecticut Real Estate Conveyance Tax Form, which will aid the attorney in computing the tax due to the state. Similarly attached is a schedule for computing municipal taxes.
