Directions to Old Republic Title:

 

From the North

Take Hwy 65 past I-10 to County Hwy 10 Exit.

Go West on Hwy 10; stay straight, past Northtown Shopping Center.

Stay left as 10 becomes Coon Rapids Blvd.

Turn left at Springbrook Drive; left into parking lot of Northtown Financial Plaza.

 

From the South

Take Interstate I-35W north towards Minneapolis

Take I-94 West Exit, 16A;

Travel west; then take the MN-252 North exit, 252 turns into MN-610 E.

Take the Coon Rapids Blvd. Exit;

Turn right onto Coon Rapids Blvd

Turn right on Springbrook Drive; 

Turn left into parking lot of Northtown Financial Plaza

From the East

Take I-94 West to I-694 North or I-35E North / US-10, both curve gradually to the west.

Take the County-10 West Exit toward Anoka, exit No. 42B.

Stay left, travel approximately 5 miles on Hwy 10

Stay left as 10 becomes Coon Rapids Blvd.

Turn left at Springbrook Drive; left into parking lot of Northtown Financial Plaza. 

From the West

Take US-12 East / I-394 East

Exit on US-169 North, travel to the I-94 East / I-694 East Exit.

Take I-94 East to I-694 East

Take I-694 East to the MN-252 North Exit, 252 turns into MN-610 East

Take the Coon Rapids Blvd. Exit

Turn right onto Coon Rapids Blvd

Turn right on Springbrook Drive; left into parking lot of Northtown Financial Plaza.
