We also have the title industry’s only A1 financial strength rating from Moody’s Investor Services and are the only national title insurance group with a AA- rating from Fitch Ratings.

These ratings reflect strong consolidated operating performance, excellent capitalization, good liquidity, sound investment strategy, reserve adequacy and the market position of the Old Republic Title Insurers, and their strategic relationship with Old Republic International Corporation. Overall, our unequaled ratings indicate secure claims-paying ability and high financial stability, an independent assessment yet to be matched by any other title underwriters.
