RE: Title Insurance Rate Increases

  We have just been informed by TIRSA that the NYS Insurance Department has approved a rate increase of 8.25% effective November 5, 2001.

Attached is a copy of the revised page 11-1 of the TIRSA Rate Manual.

The printed rate manual changes and new rate cards will be distributed as soon as we receive them from TIRSA. We are presently working on a revised rate program. In the meantime you can multiply the rate from the current program or card by 1.0825 to calculate the increase.
