Verification Fee Increase Please be advised that my office was informed yesterday
afternoon that the County Executive signed the resolution increasing the
verification fee for the Real Property Tax Service Agency to $30.00.
The law directs my office to collect this fee. Previously, the fee was $15.00. The increase represents a $15 increase that will become
effective January 1, 2002. Finally, for each additional parcel, the fee will be $20.00
per parcel not to exceed $1,400.00. |
